maybe you should have used your time more wisely, like looking up to see if there's already tutorials on this site, which there are plenty.

if someone wanted to learn how to do flash, they can easily find the info somewhere other than where the end result of flash creation is supposed to be.

i am sorry, it does look sorta interesting, but there a couple things which I base my vote on for newgrounds submissions, and the biggest is animation.

There was little flash in this video, and the animation which I did see wasn't very impressive. For using real backgrounds this could have been a lot longer, what did it take, 15 mins to make this?

the animating process wasnt too hard, you are right it wasnt amazing but thats cos it doesnt focus on the animation at this part.
im trying to introduce the character.
and this part doesnt have much flash cos it wasnt needed if you focus on the story and not the animation
before you ask how long something takes to make, try doing animtaion
